@mikemantel Did you even graduate kindergarten? You are not even up to a debate on the 16th or income tax with anyone like me.
RetSquid (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@mikemantel Besides the fact that all of the States agree it was ratified, all of the courts agree it was ratified, all of the legislatures and legislators agree it was ratified? It is a matter of public record who ratified it and when. What is your proof? That Ohio wasn't a State until the '50's? Post something interesting...

@RetSquid Ok, now I know I am debating someone who has absolutely no idea what they are talking about....Thanks for wasting my time. You're about as knowledgeable as the IRS and Congress all rolled into one.
mikemantel (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@RetSquid Ah, that's what I thought. Of course they are going to claim it was ratified...seriously, this is your proof?

@mikemantel1) Here is the law: Title 26Section 1, imposes the tax Section 61 defines Gross incomeSection 63 defines Taxable income.Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.2) Laws do not need ratification.
mikemantel (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@RetSquid Sure! Show me the law since the IRS has refused too. Show me where it was ratified too because I am a bit confused. I am sitting here with with copies of every states response to the 16th Amendment and I can count only nine states that ratified it. Is there a secret that I am missing? I am hoping you can put this all to rest, since no one else can, even Congress.

@janhelfeld Have you ever taken into consideration not spamming the shit out of peoples videos?
RetSquid (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
@mikemantelWhat would you like to know? That there is a law for income tax that applies to every American? That the 16th Amendment was ratified properly? |
